Chuck became Chief Financial Officer of SSG Precision Optronics, Inc. in January 2002 after a successful twenty-five year career with several Fortune 500 companies including Textron, Allied Signal, and General Electric. He brings extensive financial management expertise in the commercial and defense aerospace industries. He has a proven track record of supporting profitable growth internally as well as through external acquisitions including a focus on financial integration/development of newly acquired businesses. Chuck holds a B.S, in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven.
